JEFF MANKOFF – Founder & CEO
Since 1999, Jeff Mankoff has been a pioneering visionary in the electronic and card-linked promotions/loyalty industry. Jeff holds patents and pending patent applications encompassing and describing concepts that are key components of card-linked offers and loyalty. Prior to launching CyberDrawer, his first rewards and promotions business, in 2000, Jeff practiced law.
A graduate of the Texas Tech School of Law, Jeff also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Tulane University. He currently serves on the Electronic Transaction Association’s technology committee and is an active community volunteer, serving as president of the North Texas Chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, and on the boards of several other non-profits.
DANA ODOM – President
Dana Odom is a payments industry expert who brings a uniquely diverse experience to his role as President of vPromos. As a 20 year veteran of the electronic payments industry, he has spent the vast majority of his career building strategic programs to drive value for merchants, ISVs and processing companies alike. Dana has held product and sales leadership roles at Panasonic, Elavon, PayPros, Tsys, Clearent and Nuvei.
Mr. Odom designed solution programs that allowed ISVs and merchants to easily and successfully navigate through complex payment industry changes related to PCI-DSS, EMV and mobile technologies. His success in sales, marketing, product development and program management drove company valuations, ensuring long term investment in rapid growth for years to come.
Jeff Spinabella – VP, Channel Sales
Jeff Spinabella is an expert in electronic payments technology, security and point of sale software solutions. With over 20 years of technology experience, Jeff S. has helped hundreds of ISV’s, ISO’s and related technology companies create robust payment and value add solutions that differentiate their software, providing their customers and end users feature rich solutions.
Jeff S. has extensive knowledge in payment systems, industry rules and regulations, EMV, security and PCI. His expertise extends into many POS/PMS systems throughout a wide-range of industries including Healthcare, restaurant, retail, e-commerce, and more.
DEBBIE ELIZONDO – VP, Operations
Debbie Elizondo has worked in the electronic payments industry for more than 20 years, specializing in systems, relationship management and third-party sales and service. Before joining vPromos, she had a long tenure of leadership roles with Chase Paymentech in operations, third party strategic channel relationship management and customer support management. Debbie served on the leadership team for First American Payment Systems as director of Independent Sales Organization (ISO) sales, relationship management and customer support. She also served as vice president of operations at Preferred Health Technology and TIB, plus was senior portfolio manager at Elavon.
Debbie attended the University of North Texas and the University of Texas at Arlington. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in linguistics.
CHRIS AGUAS – Advisor
Chris Aguas is a seasoned payments, loyalty and fintech executive. Prior to vPromos, Chris served as senior vice president of product development at Electronic Funds Source (EFS) prior to its acquisition by WEX. Chris led innovation for Deem, building and launching card-linked offer programs along with partners First Data, Microsoft, Twitter and more. He also served as vice president of new product development and platform management for MasterCard’s Global Commercial Products business unit, launching card-linked offer program MasterCard Easy Savings. Chris was group director of small business products and services for Visa USA, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, and began his professional career with General Mills.
